What kind of experience do I need to apply?
Trade experience is always helpful. However we are willing to interview candidates with little to no experience as long as they have the character, attitude, and aptitudes that align with our integrity and growth-oriented culture.
Do you offer on-the-job training?
Yes, our On-Track Training Program with four levels of certification from Certified to Master, will give you the tools and training you need to be effective and fulfilled in your job.
What does a typical workday look like?
This depends on the position, please see specific job postings. But we keep regular hours on business days and try to promote a work/life balance that is healthy and productive. The goal is to enjoy our jobs, love coming to work, and work with a high degree of efficiency.
Do you offer benefits?
Yes we have a benefits package, available after an initial waiting period. Specific benefits will be discussed with you at the time of the interview.

Pay depends on the position and experience. But we offer industry-competitive, often industry-high wages, and reward experience with higher wages.

Do we have to travel much for work?
Most of our jobsites are within an hour and a half from our primary location in Bonduel, WI. Crews ride together, and are on the clock, to and from the jobsite. Enjoy the ride and let us cover the gas.
